I know nanny life because I've lived it.
I’ve spent more than 16 years working as a nanny and alongside families, and childcare has been a huge part of my life.
I’ve cared for children through all different stages, worked closely with parents, managed the everyday chaos that comes with family life, and learned that being a great nanny is about so much more than caring for children.
It’s about knowing when to step in, when to give a family space, how to roll with the unexpected, and how to become someone a family can truly rely on.
Nanny House 365 / 16+ Years of Nanny Experience
Why I created Nanny House 365
Nannying has taught me a lot about what makes the right family-nanny relationship work.
After more than 16 years as a nanny, I wanted to create a placement experience that reflects what I’ve learned along the way — personal, honest, and focused on finding the right fit for both families and nannies.
I didn't want families to simply receive a stack of résumés and have to figure it all out themselves. I wanted to be personally involved in understanding the family, getting to know the nannies I'm considering, and bringing the right people together.
I personally handle the search, screening, conversations, candidate profiles, introductions, and placement process.
Because the right match isn't just about experience or education.
It's about personality. Energy. Temperament. Communication. Experience. And that feeling that someone truly fits into your family.
A Little More About Me
I’ve been a nanny for more than 16 years, and somewhere along the way, I realized I’ve learned just as much about families as I have about childcare.
Every family is different. Every child is different. And every nanny brings their own personality, energy, and way of doing things. I’ve seen firsthand how much the right fit can change the entire experience for everyone.
I’ve also learned that some of the most important things about a nanny can't really be captured on paper. You can have all the right experience and qualifications, but if the personalities don't click or the energy doesn't work, it probably isn't going to be the right match.
That perspective is a huge part of why I created Nanny House 365.
I want families to feel like someone actually listened to what they need — and I want nannies to feel like someone took the time to understand who they are, too.
Because the right nanny isn't just someone who can do the job. They're someone who feels right for your family.
Midwest Values. Arizona Roots. Exceptional Care.
I’m originally from the Midwest, and those values still shape the way I do business today.
I believe in being genuine, working hard, treating people well, and doing what you say you're going to do.
Those values are a big part of who I am, and they’re at the heart of how I approach every family and nanny I work with.
Now I’m bringing those Midwest values to Arizona and building Nanny House 365 around something I truly believe in: helping families find exceptional nannies and helping great nannies find families where they can thrive.
You know your family. I know nannies.
