Great families deserve great nannies — and great nannies deserve great families.

I started Nanny House 365 because I know firsthand what it means to be a nanny. After more than 16 years in the role, I understand the responsibility, flexibility, trust, and heart required to care for someone else’s children. I'm looking for experienced, educated nannies who take their work seriously and genuinely love what they do.

Experienced, trusted nannies committed to professional, heart-led child care

I don't believe a résumé tells the whole story. However, a current résumé is required to be considered for the Nanny House 365 network, but I want to know the person behind it, too.

I want to learn about your experience, your personality, the way you work with children, what you're looking for in your next position, and what type of family will bring out your best.

What I’m Looking For

I’m looking for nannies who take their work seriously, care deeply about the children they work with, and understand the trust that comes with being invited into a family’s home.

Education — A college degree is required for consideration.

Experience — Meaningful professional childcare experience, with strong understanding of responsibilities of being a nanny.

Reliability — Families need someone they can count on — someone who shows up, follows through, takes commitments seriously.

Communication — Clear, respectful communication with parents is important.

Professionalism — Nannying is a profession; pride in work, discretion, boundaries, professionalism.

Personality & Energy — The right family matters as much as the right position; understand personality, energy, and the type of environment where they do best.

Connection with Children — Relationship with children is at the heart of great nanny care; I want to know how they connect, what they enjoy, and what makes them great.

Your experience and education are important, but they aren't the whole story. I want to get to know you — because finding the right family is about finding a place where your experience, personality, and strengths are valued.
